We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Need to return something?

Email us and we'll sort it. Most refunds don't require posting anything back.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund. Just email us at ADEaquisitions@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong.

You usually don't need to ship anything back

For most items we'll process your refund without asking you to return the product. If we do need the item back, we'll tell you before you send anything — never post an item back to us without contacting us first, as unrequested returns can't be tracked or refunded.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange a full refund or a replacement — your choice. Photos help us sort it quickly and let us raise it with our suppliers.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we process it, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement — the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund in full if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's shipped, treat it as a return under the 30-day policy above.

What isn't covered

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery
Custom or personalized items made to your specification

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If you're shopping from the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason — our 30-day policy is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it.
