These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.adehomedesigners.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from ADE Home Designers ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

ADE Home Designers is an online retailer of home decor and homeware products. You can reach us at any time at ADEaquisitions@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or country of residence, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment information you provide is your own or that you are authorized to use it.

3. Products and availability

We work with third-party suppliers and manufacturers to source our products. Product availability is not guaranteed and stock may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or restrict sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors accurately, and minor variation between the images shown and the item received is normal.

4. Pricing and errors

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We try to keep the Site free of errors, but occasionally information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — including prices, descriptions, availability, and promotions.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that item, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund you in full and notify you by email.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you a confirmation email or dispatch the item, whichever happens first. Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfil the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, orders that appear fraudulent, orders with billing or shipping information we cannot verify, and orders placed in error.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure encrypted checkout — we do not see, handle, or store your full card details.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your details so that we can complete your order and contact you if needed.

7. Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery times, shipping costs, customs duties, and our handling of delays or lost parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out your rights to cancel, return, and obtain a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and page design — is owned by or licensed to ADE Home Designers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to collect or track the personal information of others, to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site, or to submit false or misleading information.

We may terminate your use of the Site for breach of any of the above.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or content that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to one does not imply our endorsement. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that third party.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products and services delivered to you through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without any representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADE Home Designers, its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADE Home Designers and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

The Terms in effect at the time you place an order are the Terms that apply to that order.

17. Governing law

These Terms and any separate agreements by which we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ADE Home Designers and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
